Ideal candidates hold a Nebraska RN or LPN license, possess strong communication, and are experienced in long-term care or hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital preferred.
• Organize educational programs and track training requirements.
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Participation in the nurse leadership team's on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
