Heritage Hall in Leesburg, VA is seeking an RN Staff Development Nurse to coach, train, and support nurses and caregivers. You will lead the CNA training course and help set the standard for clinical excellence across the building.

The role requires an ASN/BSN and Virginia RN/LPN license with certification to conduct CNA training. Long-term care experience and teaching background are preferred. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
