Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers is seeking an RN to lead a care team in a small, personal, family-like setting in Virginia. The RN will oversee compassionate, coordinated resident care, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards and fostering a culture of respect and professional growth.

The role emphasizes strong communication, clinical leadership, and the ability to read and implement instructions, manage care plans, and mentor staff in a long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering compassionate, coordinated nursing care.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor for staff.
