Heritage Hall is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Brookneal, VA to lead clinical care and work collaboratively with the care team. The role requires an active Virginia RN license, a nursing degree (ASN/BSN), and the ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

Experience in long-term care is preferred, with opportunities to influence resident outcomes and staff development. The RN provides care across day, evening, and night shifts, balancing patient safety with compassionate care

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
