Genesis HealthCare is seeking a qualified nurse educator to support ongoing staff development in a long-term care setting. You will report to the Director of Nursing and develop education programs to meet staff needs, while supervising new hires during orientation and conducting competency evaluations.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, gerontology familiarity, and adult-learning training, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• Minimum three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year as an educator preferred.
• Excellence in clinical nursing skills required.

• Provide oversight to Employee Health Program to include administering and tracking of tuberculosis and hepatitis vaccine and tracking of influenza immunizations for all employees.
