Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) recruits a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education for long-term care and rehabilitation teams. You will design orientation, in-service programs, and ongoing competency training for nurses and caregivers, ensuring regulatory compliance and infection control standards.

Collaborate with nursing leadership to advance quality improvement and promote resident-centered, faith-based care.
