Job summary

Civita Health is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator/Nurse Educator to lead training, onboarding, and ongoing staff education at our Skilled Nursing Facility. This 32 hours/week role focuses on developing others and elevating care standards.

You will oversee education programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to drive performance and resident care excellence in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff development, training, or education within SNF or healthcare.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for long-term care.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping teams grow.
• Active RN license required.
