Oversee planning and implementation of professional development for YSP Unit staff.
Facilitate workforce development opportunities and training for staff and leadership.
Coordinate development of training calendars and tracking tools.
Develop external training materials and deliver trainings for DHS staff.
Support supervision and mentoring of Senior YSPs and staff.
