Job summary

Etsy is hiring a Staff Design Program Manager to own the operational foundation powering Seller Experience across Seller & Inventory, Customer Ops, and Marketplace Services. You’ll define objectives, modernize workflows, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to align and execute on high‑priority initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Design Operations, this full‑time role offers equity, an annual bonus, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, design operations, or related field.
• Experience owning cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end across multiple teams.
• Strong data instincts: identify what to measure and translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own high‑stakes programs spanning Seller Experience across Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Bring operational structure to ambiguous spaces and establish scalable frameworks.
• Set priorities and roadmaps with cross‑group alignment and capacity awareness.
• Build and maintain operating rhythms, cadences, and governance across teams.
• Translate data into actionable insights and leadership updates.
