As a Data Scientist, you will evaluate and improve Google's products. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and analysts on a wide range of problems.

You will work closely with executive engineers and product managers, delivering on a roadmap to enhance the Google Search experience with the latest GenAI model capabilities and unlock new use cases for billions of users worldwide. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by skills, experience, and education. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across projects to identify and clarify business or product questions. Provide feedback to translate these questions into analyses, metrics, or models.
• Design and evaluate models using custom or existing data infrastructure to mathematically express and solve defined problems.
• Gather information on business goals, priorities, organizational context, and data infrastructure.
• Own data collection, extraction, and compilation from various sources using tools like SQL, R, Python. Format, re-structure, and validate data to ensure quality and readiness for analysis.
