Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with production systems delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency with the Python data stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and major ML frameworks (PyTorch or XGBoost/LightGBM).
• Ability to solve systemic problems with long‑term scalability while delivering immediate value.
• Leadership and influence; able to translate complex technical concepts for executives.
• Experience with CI/CD, ML Ops, and managing models in a cloud production environment (AWS or GCP).
• BS/MS/PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent expertise.
