Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead the UK team, aligning with the global data science org while shaping the technical culture and onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating as a distributed team with the US-based data science group and steering strategic initiatives across borders.

You will partner with stakeholders to prioritize and ship a unified roadmap, drawing on extensive experience across time zones and international teams to drive impact and scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Data Science or ML Engineering experience, including 2+ managing.
• Experience joining or shaping a brand-new team, office, or region.
• Experience working across countries or significant time zones.
