As a Staff Data Scientist, you will build Boulevard’s Product Intelligence function, own instrumentation, dashboards, experimentation, and modeling to understand user behavior and drive product strategy. This role is fully remote, with strong growth opportunities and impact across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, product analytics, or engineering in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience designing instrumentation strategies and building data pipelines
• Proven track record of building dashboards and data-driven insights for product teams
• Strong communication with product leadership and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Build product data foundation and define data capture with data engineering
• Develop data-driven recommendations and storytelling for strategy
• Create scalable dashboards and self-serve analytics; tie analytics to OKRs
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnels, retention, and adoption
• Bridge product data with the wider organization and inform cross-functional decisions
• Establish analytics workflows and tooling to ensure data accuracy and scalability
• Own experimentation end-to-end: design, run, and interpret results; implement instrumental standards
• Model customer behavior using statistical and ML methods; validate and communicate uncertainty
• Deploy models into production and monitor performance and drift
