We’re hiring a Director of Engineering, Data to build and lead the technical foundation behind Boulevard’s data ecosystem and products. You’ll own our data infrastructure, data governance, and ML capabilities, along with the systems that keep data reliable, secure, performant, and accessible for our growing customer base and internal teams. You’ll lead a high-impact team of data engineers, with a mandate to grow and scale it, and help make our data platform a real competitive advantage.
This is a foundational role: the systems you architect will support Boulevard’s growth for years to come. We’re large enough to transform the industry and small enough that your work is visible every day. The role is fully remote, so you can choose where you want to work.
At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we're happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $262,000 - $314,000 per year. For all other U.S. locations, the anticipated base salary range is $220,000 - $270,000 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
