• 7+ years of data science experience with strong Python/SQL skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery or dbt.
• Experience integrating language models into data pipelines.
• Strong product focus and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the next phase of talent intelligence by building predictive frameworks beyond descriptive reporting.
• Architect a unified workforce data model incorporating data from recruiting, performance, surveys, and tools; apply AI to text data at scale.
• Define metrics dictionary and semantic layer for headcount, attrition, and trends across the company.
• Drive data access control and governance to ensure proper RBAC and masking of sensitive data.
• Redesign employee sentiment architecture with continuous listening and real-time health indicators.
• Own product delivery for internal data interfaces, partnering with Enterprise Engineering for reliability and accuracy.
• Apply experiments, A/B testing, and psychometrics to validate predictive models.
