GE HealthCare is actively expanding its Enterprise AI team to transform how we leverage data for commercial excellence. As a Staff Data Scientist, you will design, build, and deploy ML models addressing business challenges in operations, logistics, and manufacturing, collaborating with data engineering, analytics, GenAI, and finance to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead projects end-to-end, stay abreast of GenAI advances, and translate complex concepts into actionable business insights

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Direct AI/ML experience with enterprise-grade solutions at scale.
• Apply advanced analytics to forecasting, pricing, customer analytics, sales planning, or related optimization problems.
• Proficiency in ML algorithms, GenAI frameworks, and data engineering.
• MLOps: deploy, monitor, and maintain ML/GenAI models in production.
• Experience with Python, AWS, Azure, and open-source tools (R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Travel: willing to travel for business meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for commercial operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and related domains.
• Lead and contribute to data science projects from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, GenAI, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in ML, GenAI, and analytics to improve models and processes.
• Translate complex data science concepts into actionable business insights.
