You will define analytical strategies, direct advanced statistical and ML approaches, and communicate findings in executive-ready language to drive business actions and ROI.

Qualifications

• Python and SQL are required.
• Cloud experience.
• Advanced degree e.g., Masters.
• 3 to 8 years of hands-on data science experience in a business environment.
• Experience in building predictive and ML models.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare space.
• Hands-on Gen AI / LLM work.
• Production ML and MLOps experience.
• Experience in Medicare programs, member experience and/or clinical domains.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
