Job summary

Nourish is looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our data team in shaping product analytics and growth strategies. You will own analytics for a critical product area, building predictive models and driving data-informed decisions that improve patient outcomes and scale our platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design & Growth to develop an experimentation platform, apply causal inference, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or product analytics.
• Expertise in experimentation design and causal inference.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations across product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data and analytics end-to-end: define metrics and surface insights that shape the product roadmap.
• Develop production-ready predictive models: churn, resurrection, targeting.
• Deliver high-impact analyses with clear narratives and recommendations.
• Drive scientific decision-making: design experiments and apply causal inference methods to measure impact.
• Be a thought partner to Product: size problems and shape team priorities.
• Contribute to our experimentation platform: build methodology and tooling used across the company.
