Job summary

Nourish is rapidly scaling its AI-native digital health platform in New York, seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own analytics for a core function and turn patient insights into business opportunities.

You will build production-grade models, run experiments with causal inference when needed, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Growth to drive the roadmap and outcomes. NYC-based with a willingness to be onsite.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science or product analytics experience, preferably in consumer tech or marketplace settings.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with production-grade deliverables.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and applying causal inference methods.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics end-to-end for a business-critical function.
• Develop and validate production-ready predictive models for key metrics.
• Deliver high-impact analyses with clear recommendations and quantified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to drive decisions.
• Contribute to our experimentation platform and tooling standards.
