We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Data Platform Development Team, building scalable data software with Golang and Python, deploying Kubernetes-based systems, and advancing AI-driven solutions across our platform.

You will work with a team of engineers, data experts, and innovators to ensure performance, reliability, and extensibility as our platform scales for healthcare

Qualifications

8+ years of backend software development experience.
Expertise in Golang and/or Python.
Experience with agentic AI.
Proficient in ETL processes, data pipelines, and large datasets.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and build scalable data software using Golang and Python.
Build Kubernetes-based systems for cloud-native environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Optimize performance, reliability, and security of backend infrastructure.
Contribute to AI-driven solutions and data platform enhancements.
Mentor teammates and drive engineering excellence.
