Ping Identity is seeking a Staff Engineer for its Data Platform team to architect and implement AI agent governance, lifecycle management, and secure integration of AI agents across major platforms. You will collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure scalable, observable, and compliant solutions while accelerating delivery through advanced tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in data engineering related roles with hands-on data ingestion, preparation, processing, and scalable pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and govern AI agent governance capabilities across platforms like Bedrock, Vertex AI, Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
Prototype and iterate AI agent capabilities, evaluating new frameworks and best practices as the AI ecosystem evolves.
Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and product teams to ensure secure AI solutions and scalable data platforms.
Maintain observability, logging, metrics, and compliance for AI agents and governance workflows.
Partner with Support and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve product reliability.
