Aledade PBC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the evolution of our backend architecture, focusing on refactoring and optimizing data pipelines. You will drive next‑generation distributed data storage and processing systems designed to scale indefinitely and outperform traditional query performance.

You will design clean interfaces, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards to deliver high‑quality infrastructure that supports core web apps, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of production‑level experience building highly scalable systems.
• 4+ years as a trusted technical decision‑maker in a team setting.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL on large multi‑table data sets.
• Experience architecting, developing, and deploying large‑scale distributed systems.
