Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead backend architecture, refactor data pipelines, and drive scalable storage and processing systems. You will shape interfaces for web apps, analytics, and AI, enabling high-performance infrastructure and data-driven decision making.

You will mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions and robust data platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years building scalable systems.
• 4+ years as trusted technical decision-maker.
• 4+ years SQL or similar on large multi-table datasets.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong server-side web tech (Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go).

• Work across discipline to shape product strategy and execution.
• Develop the foundations of code architecture and quality.
• Mentor and coach engineers.
