Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a US-based member company, is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to shape enterprise-wide data architecture and build scalable platforms. This fully remote role offers leadership across data initiatives and a focus on reliability, quality, and governance.

You will design and optimize ETL and streaming pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytics and scalable data solutions across the

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, streaming systems, and automated software delivery.
• Experience building data pipelines with Airflow and Python; streaming with Kafka; batch using Spark.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide data architecture strategy and define long-term data platform design principles.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake.
• Build streaming pipelines with Kafka for real-time analytics and event processing.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments to improve reliability.
• Establish data quality frameworks, testing, and monitoring for data accuracy.
