Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product discovery to understand stakeholders, customer usage, and product scope.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks for efficient development.
• Independently develop and enhance features, solutions, and services based on partial definitions.
• Lead the team in resolving complex incidents, analyzing root causes, and driving improvements.
