Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Strong fundamentals in CS: data structures, algorithms, OO design, FP, cloud-based distributed systems.
• Experience with modern languages: JavaScript, Java, Go, Python.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product discovery to understand stakeholders, customer usage, and product scope.
• Break down projects into manageable tasks for efficient development.
• Independently develop and enhance features based on partial definitions.
• Lead the team in resolving incidents, root-cause analysis, and improvements.
• Guide and support team members with technical challenges to foster growth.
• Improve solution quality through code reviews and automated testing.
• Represent the team with integration support, education, and risk mitigation.
• Establish metrics to identify software issues and drive resolution.
