You will partner with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to craft robust data solutions, ensure platform reliability, and advance data quality and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience designing and implementing large-scale data systems.
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL.
• Cloud platforms experience; Azure and Databricks experience required.
• Data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT, and modern data lake architectures.
• Ability to design scalable and resilient data systems from scratch.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Design and build scalable, reliable data pipelines and platforms.
• Hands-on development and optimization of core data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud services.
• Mentor and coach other data engineers to promote best practices and quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Ensure operational health with monitoring, alerting, and logging to preempt bottlenecks and failures.
• Stay current with data engineering trends and champion new tools and approaches.
• Establish data quality standards and governance to ensure data reliability.
