Job summary

Designworks Talent LLC is seeking Data Center Infrastructure Software Engineers to design, deploy, and automate AI infrastructure clusters in a Bellevue, WA hybrid setting. You will work on compute, networking, and storage provisioning and bring-up, ensuring readiness for customer workloads at scale.

The role emphasizes Kubernetes, distributed systems, and automation with Terraform/Ansible, and requires hands-on data center experience in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, building, or operating large-scale Linux-based infrastructure.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems experience in production.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong experience operating cloud or datacenter-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure-as-code, automation, and provisioning systems for compute, networking, and storage.
• Deploy and optimize Kubernetes, container, and distributed computing platforms.
• Optimize GPU, networking, storage, and system performance for large-scale AI workloads.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, OS, networking, storage, and software stacks.
• Build reliability, observability, and operational excellence practices for mission-critical infrastructure.
