Intuit is seeking a Staff Data Business Analyst for the Dev360 Team in Mountain View to own end-to-end data analytics across operations, development productivity, and cloud finops transformation initiatives. You will translate business needs into precise data requirements and guide cross-functional delivery with engineering and finance teams.

The role emphasizes safeguarding data integrity, modernizing analytics delivery, and mentoring analysts as the data analytics practice grows.

Qualifications

10+ years in data analytics or BI with cross-domain ownership.
Experience liaison between business and engineering teams.
Strong SQL and large dataset experience; cloud data platforms preferred.
Experience guiding analysts and building capability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data analytics across operations, development productivity, and cloud finops initiatives, ensuring data models are scalable.
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating needs into data requirements.
Drive modernization of data consumption patterns across reporting, planning, and analytics platforms.
Define and safeguard data integrity standards across business processes during transformations.
Identify opportunities to move from static reporting to self-service analytics.
Mentor analysts and grow technical bench strength as scope expands.
Collaborate with finance, engineering, and planning to support current and long-term analytics.
