Protingent Staffing is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Engineer for Aircraft Power Systems in Kirkland, WA. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days remote per week, focusing on secure aircraft electrical power systems and components.

You will define and verify security requirements for power products within three months, engaging with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a degree in engineering or related field and experience with aerospace cybersecurity standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience with requirements capture and management.
• Experience in aviation/aircraft systems helpful.
• Mastery of Aerospace cybersecurity standards such as DO-326, DO-355, DO-356.

Responsabilidades

• Establish credibility with customers by designing and certifying secure aircraft electrical power systems and equipment.
• Develop security planning to demonstrate compliance with airworthiness regulations and security requirements.
• Apply knowledge of airworthiness security processes to provide logical recommendations and develop requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity in product development.
