Job summary

Intuit seeks two Staff Customer Experience Strategists to elevate the Workforce Solutions and ASO experiences across SMB and mid-market. You will own end-to-end CX design, partnering with Product, Engineering, CS, Risk, and Finance to align AI-powered and human expertise, reducing friction and boosting satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Experience, Product Management, or Service Strategy in a SaaS or services environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent storyteller with ability to articulate business impact from CX initiatives.
• Owner mindset with proactive leadership in ambiguous situations.
• Bonus: experience with Payroll, HRIS, HCM, or employer services.

Responsibilities

• Design and advocate scalable CX programs for WFS/ASO across SMB and mid-market.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, CS, Risk, and Finance to drive E2E improvements.
• Synthesize VOC and journey data into business cases and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve NPS, retention, and adoption.
• Champion AI + HI integrations in service design and CX workflows.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and drive change management at scale.
