TRM Labs seeks a Staff Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to drive high-complexity investigations on the AI Investigations platform. You will codify methods, workflows, and analytic standards the team reuses, leading with rigor and impact.

This role requires AI fluency, a track record of raising quality and scalability, and strong collaboration with engineering, data science, and product teams to build repeatable investigative capabilities.

Qualifications

• AI fluency is required — you build tools and AI-driven workflows, with strong human quality control.
• Track record of raising work quality beyond individual cases and improving workflows.
• Direct experience partnering with engineering, data science, or product to scale investigative methods.
• Judgment to guide others on evidentiary standards, not just apply them yourself.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical partners.

Responsabilités

• Run high-complexity investigations end-to-end from seed indicators to actor/campaign pictures.
• Identify new CTI collection opportunities and leverage intelligence to stay ahead of threats.
• Build network pictures around cyber threat actors: C2 infrastructure, malware families, and TTPs.
• Fuse indicators with OSINT and identity work, tracing to financial rails when relevant.
• Raise analytical standards and coach peers to improve tradecraft across the team.
• Partner with engineering and data science to turn tradecraft into scalable capabilities.
• Provide timely, high-confidence intelligence products and briefings to partners during high-stakes disruption.
