Job summary

TRM Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior / Staff Threat Intelligence Analyst to own the end-to-end response to major hacks, from triage to post-incident reports.

You will lead the hacks category, drive metrics, build AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Global Investigations to publish technical analyses and improve detection of vulnerable contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in blockchain intelligence or related field.
• Owned incident response in high-stakes environments.
• Strong blockchain tracing across BTC, EVM, TRON, Solana.
• Understands DeFi, bridge and exchange exploits.
• Applied AI fluency with validated outputs.
• Experience managing contractors or leading a small team.
• Writes and briefs clearly, from technical deep-dives to executive summaries.
• Hands-on and highly accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response for major hacks, including triage and communications.
• Ensure major hacks are visible to customers within hours.
• Maintain hack data with entity, addresses, date, amount, and type.
• Design attribution data flows with Data Science and engineering.
• Build AI-assisted analytics and automation with strong QC.
• Root-cause analysis and publish technical writeups.
• Develop approaches to spot vulnerable contracts before exploitation.
