Collaborating with product designers, engineers, PMs, and AI researchers, you will establish a content practice, develop tools, and provide guidance to scale content quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years (Staff) in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
• Translate complex concepts into clear language for expert audiences.
• Deep understanding of voice, tone, and content systems.
• Design AI experiences and use AI-assisted tools to scale content quality.
• Balance detailed content work with broader strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define Harvey's voice, tone, and content principles across interfaces and AI responses.
