Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred in medical device development.
• Minimum of 7+ years in medical device R&D with digital technology in the operating theatre.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical and technical expertise to ideation and early-stage evaluation of novel design concepts.
• Support feasibility assessment, prototype development, and regulatory pathways.
• Collaborate with quality, systems and human factors to conduct preclinical and validation studies.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable project goals and product requirements.
