Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil eng degree with 3 years civil exp in consulting.
• Or FE with 3 years civil exp in consulting.
• Or Master’s in civil eng with 2 years exp.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, methodical, and results-driven problem solver.
• Strong computer skills and design software proficiency.
• EIT certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering efforts for assigned projects.
• Perform civil site design for substations and utility infra.
• Prepare drainage reports and calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, regulators, and other engineers.
• Manage civil scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Support permitting activities with agencies.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits.
• Respond to RFIs and support construction-phase efforts.
• Direct and mentor assistant engineers and designers.
• Comply with safety and quality processes.
