Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Cash Accountant to support our high‑volume cash operations. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of cash application, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple revenue streams and systems.

You will collaborate with Treasury, A/R and A/P to streamline processes, improve automation, and maintain strong internal controls in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in cash accounting or AR in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with large transaction datasets and multiple payment channels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite) and payment processors (Coupa).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash management & reconciliation across multiple bank accounts and entities.
• Month-end close including cash-related journal entries and GAAP compliance.
• High-volume transaction management across ERP, billing platforms, and processors.
• Process improvement and automation to handle increasing transaction volumes.
• Maintain audit trails and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with Treasury, A/R and A/P to resolve discrepancies.
