• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 9+ years of software development experience; or 8+ with a Master’s; or 5+ with a PhD.
• Experience a technical lead or owner of complex initiatives.
• Experience building and operating backend or distributed systems in production.
• Experience leading architecture or platform direction beyond a single team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical direction for the Service Infrastructure platform with multi‑quarter roadmaps.
• Design, build, and operate foundational backend infrastructure powering critical services.
• Act as a hands‑on Staff‑level tech lead from concept to rollout.
• Mentor engineers and raise velocity and quality across teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to align on priorities.
• Drive reliability, observability, incident response, and cost efficiency.
