TeamSnap is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our fully distributed engineering team. You will architect and evolve backend APIs and services to support millions of users and thousands of organizations, while shaping data models and performance.

You will lead complex technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Product, Design, Infrastructure, Platform, and Data to deliver durable backend systems with strong reliability and observability.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience across modern tech stacks.
• Experience building production-grade APIs and services.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities
