Qualifications

• Experience with backend services or distributed systems.
• Ability to independently implement medium-sized features over a few weeks with multiple PRs.
• Familiarity with operational aspects and incident/hotfix resolution.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Proven track record of operating highly available systems at scale.
