Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Python and/or Go and modern backend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for core backend systems.
• Lead large cross-functional engineering initiatives from design through production.
• Design scalable, reliable distributed systems powering healthcare workflows.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Infra, and Clinical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
