Job summary

Commure is building an AI-native operating system for healthcare, connecting documentation, patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing across 60+ EHRs. You will join the Air AI team to advance the intelligence layer in the clinical workflow, enabling real-time transcription, notes, and automated tasks.

You'll collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to ship AI-powered features that clinicians trust and rely on daily.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional software engineering experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong fullstack skills with Python backend and TypeScript/React frontend.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features.
• Experience with containers and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Track record of moving work from ideation to production deployment.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage and extend AI/LLM tech to create automated clinician/patient experiences.
• Shape fullstack architecture for scalable AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Lead or contribute to planning for new features balancing feasibility and clinical usability.
• Establish code quality, testing, deployment, and observability practices.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on design and technical thinking.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical experts to ship real-world solutions.
