Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering in production systems.
• Direct FCM or derivatives experience with lifecycle ownership.
• Proficiency in Go or Java and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in regulated financial environments with auditability.
• End-to-end ownership from design to deployment.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own design and architecture across the FCM core, from data to settlement and risk.
• Drive next-gen replatforming and reduce legacy dependencies.
• Set technical bar through reviews, standards, and debt reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver auditable systems.
• Mentor engineers to raise code quality and architectural discipline.
