Qualifications

• Production-grade software experience with scalable backend systems.
• Practical AI experience and hands-on work with GenAI/LLMs.
• Ability to iterate quickly from prototypes to production.
• Strong ownership mindset and initiative on complex projects.
• Collaborative communication across multiple teams.
• Experience with AI-powered data platforms and tools.
• Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with observability tools to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate core backend services for the context layer.
• Build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS foundation with isolation and quotas.
• Create agent-facing retrieval workflows and APIs for various tools.
• Collaborate across product and infrastructure to balance speed and reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, and dashboards for reliability.
• Contribute to architecture, storage, and API contract decisions.
• Communicate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
• Take ownership of AI solutions ensuring scalability and maintainability.
