Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade software systems.
• Experience with large language models and GenAI.
• Ability to operate in an autonomous, high-ambiguity environment.

Responsibilities

• Build core backend services for context ingestion and retrieval.
• Define scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Develop APIs for agent-facing retrieval workflows.
• Collaborate across product and infra teams.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
• Contribute to technical direction and deployment patterns.
• Communicate effectively in a dynamic, cross-team environment.
• Own AI solutions end-to-end.
