Qualifications

• Proven track record leading backend teams across multiple projects.
• Deep expertise in scalable backend architectures and APIs.
• Experience with modular architectures and service boundaries helps teams move faster.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team backend initiatives spanning multiple product areas.
• Define and drive modular architecture, APIs, and data contracts.
• Set standards for testing, security, observability, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-adoption for workflows with guardrails.
• Own production reliability, participate in on-call and incident response.
