Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and building distributed backend systems.
• Track record of owning architecture and product collaboration.
• Startup or high-ambiguity environment experience.
• Ability to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the incrementality product into a scalable experimentation platform.
• Define near real-time ingestion and processing patterns.
• Shape AI-powered workflows for marketing insights.
• Lead cross-team collaboration with data scientists and designers.
• Mentor engineers and raise shipping quality standards.
