The role emphasizes building scalable systems, real-time data processing, and AI-enabled workflows that empower marketing teams to act on insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building backend services, APIs, and/or data processing systems in Python.
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices.
• Proven ability to work with product managers, designers, and data scientists and own implementation through production.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the incrementality product as it evolves into a scalable experimentation platform.
• Help build near-real-time data ingestion and processing capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to help marketers act on insights.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, pipelines, and infrastructure as needed.
