Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the Everand backend and socialize design docs.
• Own backend reliability, staging, CI/CD, databases, queues, observability.
• Mentor engineers, review PRs, and raise the team's design bar.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, web, mobile, and ML teams.
• Modernize legacy systems, reduce debt, and improve velocity.
