Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development experience at staff level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Write production-grade backend code for scalable services.
• Govern backend architecture standards with Staff Software Architect.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Design and ship APIs and data flows for current and next-gen platforms.
• Contribute to AI-enabled backend systems and LLM workflows.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability issues.
• Promote testing, observability, deployment, and operations readiness.
• Lead technical design reviews and tradeoff discussions.
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to meet goals.
• Improve team execution by reducing ambiguity with clear patterns.
